What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone to support our Human Resources department and coordinate the administrative and operational activities of our Miami office. This person will be the main point of contact for employees in the United States and will collaborate with the People & Culture team on various global initiatives.

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and approachable professional who can combine Human Resources, administrative, and day-to-day office management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes for positions in the United States and support hiring processes for other offices and teams across the group.
• Coordinate with HR consultants, payroll providers, and external advisors regarding employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll, benefits, contractual changes, and other employment-related matters.
• Act as the main point of contact for employees in the Miami office, addressing their questions, needs, and issues and following up until they are resolved.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience throughout.
• Support the corporate People & Culture team with performance reviews, goal tracking, job descriptions, internal communications, and other Human Resources initiatives.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including supplies, materials, equipment, vendors, maintenance, correspondence, and facility-related needs.
• Support the organization of meetings, business travel, visits, internal events, and employee activities.
• Keep employment, administrative, and office documentation accurate, organized, and up to date, while monitoring invoices, expenses, and basic metrics.
• Analyze, develop, and manage the employee benefits package for the United States, identifying providers and proposals suited to the local market and, where possible, aligned with the benefits offered across the rest of the group.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, recruitment, personnel administration, office management, or similar positions.
• General knowledge of standard Human Resources processes in the United States.
• Experience working with external providers, employment advisors, or payroll companies.
• Spanish proficiency will be highly valued.

We are currently looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our Miami office, focused on developing business in the North American market.

We are seeking a commercially driven professional with 1–3 years of experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a results-oriented mindset.

What will you do?

• Build relationships and negotiate agreements with affiliates, media partners, and influencers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the North American market.
• Prospect and onboard new partners within the iGaming ecosystem.
• Coordinate campaigns with the marketing team and monitor their performance.
• Optimize campaigns by making data-driven strategic adjustments.

Profile requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing.
• Strong commercial mindset and business growth orientation.
• Analytical skills and experience working with campaign performance metrics.

Nice to have:

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience or knowledge in the iGaming or affiliate marketing industry.

Buscamos un/a profesional para dar soporte en la gestión contable y administrativa diaria, asegurando que la contabilidad esté actualizada, ordenada y conciliada.

🎯 Funciones principales

• Registro y contabilización de facturas, gastos y asientos contables.
• Conciliaciones bancarias y control de mayores contables.
• Apoyo en cierres mensuales y trimestrales.
• Gestión documental y archivo contable.
• Preparación de información para impuestos (IVA, retenciones, modelos 303, 111, 115, 349, etc.).
• Soporte administrativo y contacto con proveedores y clientes.

✅ Requisitos

• Experiencia de 1 a 3 años en funciones similares.
• Conocimientos de contabilidad general (PGC) y conciliaciones.
• Manejo fluido de Excel.
• Experiencia con ERP o software contable (A3, Grupo Del Sol, Sage, etc.).
• FP Administración y Finanzas o similar.
